🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties or taxes may be applicable depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery if levied.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost in transit:

  • Please email us at Info.sevya@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving (or not receiving) the package.

  • Include your order ID and photo/video proof (if applicable).

  • We will issue a replacement at no additional cost once the issue is verified.


📭 Incorrect Shipping Address

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • We will be happy to reship it, but the shipping charges must be borne by the customer.


🏤 PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We do ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO military addresses wherever our shipping partners support delivery to such locations.
