Exchange

All our products are made on make to order basis; hence the product can be exchanged only in the case of genuine quality issues being found in the product.

The customer will have to inform us of their intention to exchange the product within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

You must share the photos of the product. Our quality check team will review the quality issues raised by you and then initiate the further process.

Once Exchange is approved new replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 business Days

Refunds

As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. 

Cancellations

A customer can cancel the  order within 4 hours of placing the order. Please write to us at info.sevya@gmail.com or contact at +91 9829385881 to request a cancellation.

Once cancellation is done, amount will be credited to the original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
